As Head of Remote at GitLab, Darren led workplace strategy and operations, helping scale the world's first fully distributed company to a successful IPO. He also co-developed organisational design case studies at Harvard Business School and INSEAD, and now advises organisations worldwide through his own transformation consultancy.
