Shipping and Return
- Australia Domestic Delivery time
Standard Delivery:
We offer flat rate standard shipping Australia
Standard shipping may arrive in 3-9 business days if you are located in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA or QLD. And may arrive in 5-12 business days if you are located in NT, WA or TAS. But it often arrives much earlier than that.
Express Delivery:
A flat rate express shipping is available in Australia and some internation destinations, and will be charged at checkout.
in Australia, express shipping will arrive in 1-3 business days if you are located in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA or QLD. And will arrive in 3-5 business days if you are located in NT, WA or TAS.
Same Day Delivery (Courier):
We offer same day delivery in Metro Melbourne with approx radius of 35k from our Glen Iris Studio. Available regular business days only. Orders must be placed by 12pm for same day delivery.
Same Day VIP Delivery (Courier):
We offer VIP same day delivery within 100km of our Glen Iris Studio. This may cover Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley and similar areas. Think of it like an Uber ride for your gift. Available regular business days only. Orders must be placed by 12pm for same day delivery.
Please Note delivery days are counted as working business days only (no delivery on weekends or public holidays)
- Order Tracking & Authority to Leave
You will receive an order confirmation email which will allow you to track your order.
We give our delivery partners the authority to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to accept them in person. Please let us know in the notes if you don't want to give authority to leave parcels unattended.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, UAE, Singapore, Japan and South Korea. But we succesfully delivery to other destinations upon request. so please contact us on hello@booxies.com if you need to deliver to other destiations.
- Standard International Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time for international destinations is between 10-25 business days.
Please Note delivery days are counted as working business days only (no weekends or public holidays)
- Express Internationl Delivery Time
We currently only offer International Express Delivery to New Zealand, Singapore, UK, USA and UAE orders. Please get in touch with us one hello@booxies.com if you need your international parcel to be sent express and we can advise you with cost and estimated time.
- Shipping in Hot Weather
If we are sending booxies during hot weather, your order will be packed with insulation (and maybe ice pack)
During periods of extreme heat, we might hold off on sending your booxies if they contain hand-made chocolate to ensure you get your items at best possible condition
During summer months, we may offer only Express Delivery and Same Day to ensure items arrive undamaged.
- Changes to Orders
Have you made a mistake while placing your order? maybe typed in the wrong address?
It's OK! It happens. Please get in touch with us as soon as you realise (before we dispatch your item) on hello@booxies.com with your order ID number.
Please note we usually dispatch booxies within less than 24hours during working days so if you notice an error, please get in touch as soon as you can.
- Return Policy
Have you received a Booxies gift? you realised you've got the same book at home? Don't worry!
You can exchange the book you received with a book of your choice (of equal value) from our existig books' collection. Please contact us on hello@booxies.com with the details within 30 days of the purchase. We can only exchange the book if it’s been returned in its original condition.
Please note, and due to OH&S reasons, all accompanying products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are not of a satisfactory quality or if items received do not match the description ordered. In that case, please send us an email to hello@booxies.com
