A fantastic introduction to the writing style of Holly Craig, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this from the realistic complex sibling dynamics to the slightly more mysterious elements of the terror that lurks on the mountain. I could not put this one down.

Fans of Christian White may be surprised by a darker and faster pace of storytelling in this novel to his usual style, although lighter on character development it was still an enjoyable and easy read. The twist may not shock you, but the pay off for readers is satisfying and the ending well written.
