#1 Nominate your book
Fill out our quick form with your club's chosen title for the month and the date of your next meet-up. We will source the books and make sure we have plenty of stock reserved just for you.
#2 CREATE your custom link
We will create a private, dedicated product link specifically for your book club. Simply drop the link into your group chat or email thread.
#3 Members order independently
No more collecting transfers or chasing people for money. Each member uses the link to purchase their own Book Club Concierge package directly from us.
#4 Wrapped and delivered
We hand-wrap each order, pack it with your premium tea and bookmark, and deliver it straight to your members' doors across Melbourne—with a small delivery fee of $2.99. All that is left for you to do is read, brew a cup of tea, and get ready for the discussion.

We require a minimum of 3 members per club to use the Concierge service.
Not at all! You simply let us know your club's chosen title for the month, and our team will take care of the rest. But we always happy to give book recommendations if you need any help.
We deliver directly to each individual member's door across Melbourne. There is no need for the host to act as a distribution centre!
Delivery is a flat rate of just $2.99 per member.
It is completely hassle-free. After a quick, one-time setup for your book club, we will generate a custom link just for your group. You simply share this link with your members, and they can jump online to purchase their copy, choose their preferred payment method, and enter their own delivery address—whether that is home, work, or a PO Box.
We just need to know your chosen title one week before you plan to announce it to your members. This gives our team plenty of time to source the books and get your dedicated purchasing link ready to share!
Currently, The Book Club Concierge is an exclusive service for Melbourne-based reading groups. But we will expand the service to cover more places, so we would love to hear from you if you are based outside of Melbourne.

I had seen this online for ages but was always hesitant to try. Finally I said 2026 is a year for reading more so why not; and so glad I did. I ordered this on Monday and by Thursday it was already at my doorstep. Perfectly packaged and was so pleasantly surprised with the little surprises inside. Love getting my subscriptions - always a book that I would choose for myself - but I have never recieved a bad one. Also love the cup of tea and the occassional tipple!
What better way to add to the pleasure of reading than the addition of a cup (or several) of delicious Honeydew tea, sipping from page to page, chapter to chapter. And if it goes cold during a suspenseful passage, no problem - the taste remains undiminished. A sure-fire way to make a good book even better.
