Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel or pause anytime if you are on a month to month (no commitment) subscription. However, if you signed up to a 6 or 12 month plan you can only cancel/ pause after the 6 or 12 month period ends
How can I cancel or Pause My Subscription?
You can simply do that by visiting this our customer portal. You will be able to cancel and pause your subscription if you are not on a locked-in contract
Can I change genre after I subscribe? or have different genre each time?
Yes, you can receive a different genre each time if you select ' Choose for Me'. Let us know in the notes if you like certain genres or like to avoid any genre. And yes, you can change your chosen genre anytime by getting in touch with us at hello@booxies.com
What if I received a Book I already Have?
We aim to send you fresh, new reads. However, should you receive a book you already own, simply email us athello@booxies.com and we'll arrange a quick exchange.
Will my prepaid subscription renew after it expires?
No. You will only be charged for the period you selected when you purchased your prepaid subscription.

Will my subscription continue after the 6- or 12-month plan ends?
Yes, it will become a month to month subscription, which means you can pause or cancel at any time after the initial period of your plan ends, but the subscription will not end automatically. You can log in and cancel using the link in our footer or get in touch with us at hello@booxies.com
If you would like something that expires automatically, please select the prepaid option.
Is delivery Free in Australia?
Yes. All Our Mystery and Boxless Booxies include FREE Standard Delivery Australia-wide.
Express Delivery is available at an additional cost and applies only to the initial/first delivery. No further delivery charges will be taken
Delivery to NZ is available at a small additional fee.
Do You Deliver to NZ?
Absolutely! It is not free but only costs an additional small shipping fees to get across the Tasman
Can I transfer my subscription to someone else before my plan ends?
Yes! You can send us an email athello@booxies.comwith the new details, and we will take care of that for you from the next subscription.
When Will Payments Be Taken From My Account?
We charge customers on the 15th of the month for next month's delivery, regardless of when they initially started their subscription.
So be aware that if you started your first subscription on the 13th of the month, for example, you will still be charged on the 15th, but this second charge will be for the next month's subscription, so rest assured, it is not a duplicate.
