You can simply do that by visiting this our customer portal. You will be able to cancel and pause your subscription if you are not on a locked-in contract. Please note these are only legacy contracts that we do not offer anymore. Once they expire, they will be transferred to a month to month plan which you can cancel or pause anytime.
