Title: E-commerce Specialist & Content Coordinator

Location: Cremorne, Melbourne (On-site)

The Role: Are you a book lover with a creative flair and a knack for staying organised? Booxies is growing, and we’re looking for a multi-talented all-rounder to join our Melbourne team. This is a unique hybrid role that blends the physical side of e-commerce with the creative world of digital storytelling.

As a small business, our days move fast! We need someone who thrives when juggling different tasks, one hour you might be carefully wrapping a delicate gift, and the next, you might be designing a newsletter or filming a TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing Booxies with high attention to detail to ensure every box is a perfect "moment of calm" for the recipient.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitoring stock levels and helping coordinate orders with our suppliers to keep things running smoothly.
• Content Creation: Capturing "behind-the-scenes" content and using Canva to create engaging graphics for our socials and emails.
• Writing & Communication: Helping draft our ongoing blog posts and responding to customer queries with warmth and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• A "Book Person": A genuine passion for stories and the Australian and international literary scene.
• Time Management Pro: You’re able to prioritise tasks effectively and meet packing deadlines without compromising on quality.
• The "Canva" Touch: You have experience using Canva to create aesthetic, brand-aligned content (highly desirable).
• Attention to Detail: You’re the person who catches the small things, whether it’s a typo in a blog or a missing item in a gift box.
• Shopify Savvy: Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a huge plus.
